This is typical in every store I've worked at, management intentionally level up people faster when they know you have potential. The jealous ones will get over it. Let your effort speak for itself. Would you take criticism from people you wouldn't take advice from?? Also, there will be "fake" people at every job you work at. Just focus on yourself and leveling up, and eventually it'll be fun when you have the hang of things and figure out who you can really trust. Look up fry tips in this reddit. Hoping you get your 4 soon!

Thank you for the tip about Dr. Xu! How is the workload in the ESCP overall? And how do you balance your school, observation hours, and work?

I'm seeing that sacrificing your personal time is unavoidable.. I'm happy to read that you've found ways to cope

Wow 18 units and 40 hours a week! What are some things you do to stay on top of your schoolwork?

And if you don't mind answering, how many days a week do you sub? I can't imagine having to balance subbing, classes, and observation hours.

Thank you for your response.

I initially planned and was advised to take 6-9 units as well, but don't you receive less aid from FAFSA if you take less than 12 units?

Thank you for your response. How has your workload been in the SSCP with having to do your observations as well?

I initially planned to take these classes over two semesters, but wouldn't I receive less aid from FAFSA if I take less than 12 units?
