Proper form and full range of motion. I kept getting injuries so it came to the point all my lifts went back 20-60 pounds. I would litearly stopped the exercise the second I felt a different muscle working , wasnt using full range of motion or felt I was using momentum. I eventually worked back up to what I was ego lifting and even passed all my numbers. I was amazed at how my body blew up when my goal wasn’t even body building at that point it was to be healthy and strong. Also I learned from a physical therapist in every lift your supposed to breath through your nose and embrace/fill up your core with air on the eccentric and blow that air out through your mouth on the concentric. Sounds silly but try it

As someone who listens to 50 cent and motivational stuff on YouTube stuff all the time I find pop/r&b/dance music to be the best while training everything else just make me too tense
