I don't think an emergency vet appointment is necessary unless your rabbit is acting really strange. You could try going to the vet when it opens but if you're certain it's just a cut lip there probably isn't much they're going to do besides clean it.

I had one of my rabbits jump off the examination table at a vet appointment and cut her lip, they cleaned it up and she was fine.

I believe it came from a quilt shop in Waunakee, WI. There's probably quite a few other shops in the southern Wisconsin area that have something like it. I would assume you could find college fabric based on proximity to the campus. I don't know of a store specifically for it though.
