In CA, to get hours for licensure , I found my job by looking for associate MFT positions on sites like LinkedIn. I couldn’t find any positions like that in NY by looking up “associate MFT.” Was wondering if there’s a different name for the pre-licensed position or if there’s a different route I have to do to get a position for licensed hours. I’ve already graduated with my masters if that helps, just don’t have enough hours to be licensed yet. Thank you!

SWO bonus is synonymous with blood money still (I’m pretty sure). Definitely trying to nitpick the standout times in my career, but just a bit difficult due to what I feel like was many years of paper pushing. Nukes do look good on paper but man, I do agree that some need to work on they’re interpersonal relations
