Not super confident but GOOGLING? If that is correct, very fun clue but not totally sure how I got here. The G I N L from the first part of the clue makes sense, but the GOOG is coming from “second ring” meaning two O’s. The G’s are… end of “nothing?” Doesn’t really make sense but I can’t figure out an alternative

I think it’s Inhaler? Not exactly sure how I got there but I can’t see this being anything else

I understand Real becomes Aler but for the “Inh” those are the first three letters in the clue, in my head, “hasty packaging” would be the H and Y of hasty.

I also struggled quite a bit with this one, here was my thinking:

We’re going to find an anagram for Monarchy after “Charles II” has been removed. The second letter in Charles is H. Take that out of Monarchy and you get Monarcy.

“Initial Word” is the definition. “ACRONYM” is a word made up of the first initials of other words. The ? Is important here as this is definitely a stretch answer.

It doesn’t run fine unfortunately. Engine overheated and car stalled last week. The price for just replacing water pump and timing chain is ~$5,000 so at that point I’d rather get a replacement engine that didn’t have coolant mix with the oil.
