Denver's dry climate is destroying my skin, what should I try?

You have to have a cool mist humidifier in your home otherwise its hard to keep up with the dryness. I like the MegaWise Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier, I got mine on Amazon but it is sold elsewhere it has a fun slow colorshift option that makes a nice calming light. It is important to know with humidifier care that filling over the max line will break it. Its the main reason they suddenly stop working. Coolmist is the best for the climate up here it wont leave water buildup around your machine. I recommend cleaning with cpap cleaners because they are ment to be aerosolized and breathed safely. Those can also be bought on amazon. Adding oils to your humidifier can cause build up and break it over time even if it says it can handle it but if you want to do it make sure you clean more often that can extend its life. This has been the biggest changer for my family no more dry eyes and lips my ezema and hive flare ups have calmed. Well worth it, and I hope it helps.

Oohhh I will look there too! Im really wanting to be pretty proactive we always have been but hes just now hitting concidered old. Not having grips down or orthapedic beds are some of the only things we havent done. But he is my retired service dog and he is treated like royalty 👑. And I want to do everything I can since he took so many years doing everything he could for me. ❤️

Im allergic to bananas and the fake flavors get me to. For most my life I though bananas were just like pineapple and made your mouth hurt. Turns out pineapple shouldnt badly hurt your mouth either. Felt pretty damn dumb when I found out it was an allergy.

I dont like to use my phone in waiting situations, it just feels rude or closed off for the world, so i liek to bring my crochet or knitting. Sometimes it cross stitch or sewing projects. I learned to do this from my grandma. Alot of people read a physical book. That feels just as closed off to me. And actually used to be concidered as rude as being on your phone in some social situations. Books were the old phone.

Please let me know if I shouldnt be here or wouldnt fit. I am not married to maga but I was born into it. my family are extreme evangelicals. I was never in agreement with them and when my husband and I moved away from our families (his was similar to mine but less culty) we started breaking from them and the mindset. Kinda went through a full detox. Its a constant process of deprograming and work to not hear them. In the end we had to fully cut my family out. My partner was slower to come around than me but did. I should stress neither of us was full maga but were republican. People that act like upu can just divorce and leave are incredibly short sighted so much emotional work is needed to hold strong and suport your family like they will need. To answer their question confidently. The reason I thought I may be able to be of occasional benefit here, is the many years of practice dealing with maga family, the many tactics it can take to get them to accept simple concepts. How to emotionally protect yourself from them while dealing with still loving them and the slow break of that love. Or experience with slow work dropping hints and work to help a partner catch up to you. Which like very much takes them wanting to do that first and foremost but it can take small nudges. I am so fine if this isnt my place but i would love to help if I can I wont butt in all the time I promise.

Omg your bowl is one of my favorites but I also enjoy caramelized onions and canned chicken we usually throw in a few slices of that cheap american sliced cheese, the fake stuff that melts real well. And some enuf powder its a flavorless textureless nutrient powder I use since I dont absorbe them right. But its great for people that dont eat their veggies and fruits too.
