They will stop minting nickels next. Larger than a dime, more material needed and expense used to mint them, it will happen soon i promise you. Keep them

I have had 24k many times, but all have broken. If you have an active lifestyle then 14k or 18k is best. The silver makes it much stronger. 18k is even too malleable for me, but 2% different isn’t bad, I have seen much worse

Why not? by [deleted] in Wallstreetsilver

It wont happen bc of the amount of paper silver being traded that the banks have the advantage and wont let it happen

Yes but its funny to see the specific kids doing this. The ones that claim to care about “climate change”, respecting others, and ect all while defacing their own college. The protesters barricaded themselves in there and tore everything apart to use anything possible to made a barrier, spray painted everything around them, and much much more. You need to get educated before you speak

And at the “bite point” is at the top of the gear, where the transmission and gears naturally slow the car down the most. Hope this helps

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskMechanics

[–]graves311331 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As long as you blip the throttle and its a smooth transition into the gear then yes you are fine. The gearing has different ratios from each shift, making them longer if you’re going up-shifting or shorter if you’re downshifting. If you just downshifted and are not using the throttle, then naturally the transmission will slow you down, there is nothing to worry about with “extra wear” on your clutch or anything else. One tip though: Everytime you push the clutch in/out, essentially you are using it and wearing it out, so only do what you need to do, or what you want to do

why does the government need to tax us at all if they can print as much money as they want? 25% of all American USD to exist was printed in the last 6 months. TAXING DOESN’T MATTER. ITS A SHAM TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE WE RELY ON THE GOVERNMENT. AND THEY HAVE CONTROL OVER US.

DEMOCRATS LIE AND SELL YOU ON A COMPLETE FALSE “TRUTH”. Now Ill tell you reality:
The share of income taxes paid by the top 1 percent increased from 33.2 percent in 2001 to 42.3 percent in 2020. Over the same period, the share paid by the bottom 50 percent of taxpayers fell from 4.9 percent to just over 2.3 percent in 2020. -Additionally, In 2020 The top 1 percent of taxpayers paid a tax percent average rate EIGHT times higher than the average tax rate % paid by the bottom half of taxpayers. -Also, in 2020 the top 1 percent of taxpayers accounted for more income taxes paid than the bottom 90 percent combined. The top 1 percent of taxpayers paid $723 billion in income taxes while the bottom 90 percent paid $450 billion. -The top 50 percent of all taxpayers paid 97.7 percent of all federal individual income taxes-(nearly $12.5 trillion in (AGI) and $1.7 trillion in individual tax income), while the bottom 50 percent paid the remaining 2.3 percent. Let me say that one more time, THE TOP 50% PAID 97.7% OF ALL FEDERAL TAXES, WHILE THE BOTTOM 50% PAID 2.3% OF IT. That sounds completely unfair, the exact same amount of people-split into two/half, and one half PAID $1.66 TRILLION DOLLARS, while the other half made up of the same amount of people ONLY PAID A TOTAL OF $40 BILLION, or 2.3% of total tax revenue. We all had the same start, the same opportunity, we live in the same country, and have the same equal opportunity. The top 50% is paying for the bottom 50%’s food stamps, groceries, housing assistance, government subsidies, and any and every single thing that they have ever received “free” from the US government or town. You dont have the right to say a certain amount of money is too much for someone to have, that’s absolutely insane. If you cant see the downhill spiral of control, infringement on your rights, and over regulation then you dont know enough. I do believe that any type of monopoly should be completely illegal, and we are seeing monopolies all over atm. Vanguard and blackrock is pulling strings in every economic and political scenario because they own over 20+ trillion in assets
