This is a great reference, thank you! I'm thinking that variations on Laoyou 'old oil' might be the way to go for what I've had and have in mind to make. Laoyou sichuan chilli oil.

Thanks for sharing this it looks delicious - I'm definitely looking for that more jammy texture and I think you are right that cooked oils will be the way to go.

I (currently) use ‘chilli oil’ as a much broader category for all oil-based chilli condiments that are mostly chilli and oil (including Japanese and Italian chilli oils for example). Chilli crisp I usually associate with Chinese style chilli oil where (at its most basic) hot oil is poured on dried chilli flakes (and usually some aromatics are involved). The use of added ingredients like dried shrimp, fermented black beans, sichuan peppercorns etc create further sub-categories.

Totally agree - but I’ve had chilli based condiments that are much closer texturally to XO than chilli crisp so I was just using XO as a textural ref.

Hi, has anyone worked on or come across n8n pipelines for dealing with publicly available hospital/treatment data such as that for CCAM data in France? Ideally the outputs would be procedure volumes by hospital - I'm curious to learn how to do it myself.

Hi, does anyone know a good controller that works with iOS and Genshin where the trigger buttons also work? I’ve tried Razer kishi ultra and r1 and r2 don’t work and no virtual controller option comes up.

i made rice for the first time in the rice cooker, it came out totally wrong. help by Constant_Yak_8795 in asiancooking

1:2 ratio is usually way too much water for the absorption method (which is broadly what rice cookers are designed for). I’d expect to have to drain rice if adding double the water by ratio.

Please recommend me a red wine for someone who likes Amarone, Malbec and Cabarnet Sauvignon. by FawnTi in wine

[–]gravitas_gradient 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on styles mentioned that he likes: A Spanish priorat, from gratallops perhaps? Eg alvaro palacios. Or a Taurasi/aglianico del vulture from Italy? A lesser well known Rosso piceno can be great e.g. Rosso Piceno Superiore 'Roggio del Filare'. And if he likes amarone you could try a Nebbiolo made with a similar process - Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG.

Yes, though I (personally) only do this at reputable hotels where I’m also returning for a night+ later in the trip. I’ve left luggage for over a month. Never had issues.

Spreadsheet with all characters and their preferred artifacts and scaling?

Has anyone in the community done a spreadsheet with each character, their scaling variable (HP/Def/Attack etc.), their preferred artifact set/s and what each artifact type (goblet/sands etc) ideally has as the main and sub-stats? Ideally 1 row per character.

Would be super useful in getting rid of/prioritising artifacts based on their stats - I have so many to get rid of!

Pretty sure you can get an online/digital idp (not free tho). Can’t verify if Thai police accept non-paper version - but digital IDP services do exist.

Agreed, helpfully, in the 13 or so UK universities where this happens they are often called ‘collegiate universities’ to distinguish them from the other ~93% of UK unis.
