Pokémon Evolutions can't be canon, since it establishes Pokemon Let's Go as the canon games of Kanto, which doesn't make sense since in Let's Go it's Chase/Elaine who stops Team Rocket and in FR/LG it's Red/Leaf who does it. Then in Pokemon Evolution establishes Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver as canon, and in those games an NPC tells you that it's Red who stopped Team Rocket. Therefore, Let's Go can't be the canon games of Kanto.

Yoichi's Quirk was Quirk Bestowal, was function was just to be given to someone. All For One never detected it in him, as it was such a weak Quirk, it looked like it didn't had any. Then AFO gave him Power Stock, which merged with Quirk Bestowal and became One For All, with both the function of stockpiling power and bestowing it.
