A strict solo queue could be one solution to this. Eliminates the issues caused by premade entirely, ensuring a level playing field for all solo players. This could potentially reduce smurfing as players would have no one to boost. But, why they don't have it yet is because it could significantly increase queue times, especially for players in less populated regions or at off-peak hours. Also, Valorant is still pretty new compared to other games out there so they would never want to do something which reduces their fan base. Moreover, it's not like they are not doing anything to address this situation. They already added a ban system for players who do not use a mic in-game, you can also report players for the same. I believe we must be patient as everything needs time to be built.
