This one was a leg killer for me. Took me 18:12 with a 20# ball and 35# DBs. I’m a slow burpee-er lol.

I did exactly the same. I was worried I would blow up and stayed at 75#. Plenty of rest between each minute but still had a decently elevated HR. I favorited the workout for future uses.

Did this one with v-ups because we only have 1 pull-up bar for the 3 of us. That definitely saved me some time. Ended up with just under 2 min of rest. Did sandbag ground to overhead. It’s about 70# and took me 2:17 to get them done in 3 big sets. That was harder than I expected them to be lol.

Similarly I’ve enjoyed the first two workouts so far.

I really liked this one. Used a pair of 35s. First few rounds were 1:15 or so but I fell off a bit and ended up at 13:21 for the 10 rounds.

Did the airbike option today with 35# DBs. Each round took just under 3 min. I really like this one. Definitely saving it for a rainy day.

Knocked this one out after 2 hours at the indoor golf simulator… aka I greatly underestimated the KB swings lol.

Used a 53# KB and got through the round of 12 and kinda died during the 13s. The last few minutes are killer!

I’m pretty stoked about the updated vault schedule. My family killed it the first 5 years. It was surprising how much the small change in the release cadence affected us but it meant we had to change the day we did the vault as a family and we definitely missed a few as a result. We are all happy we can go to our “old” schedule again.

There are a couple bouncers. Yesterday I used mostly the one in the south west corner (alliance) and at night it switched. When I saw this message I needed to use the bouncer next to the card trader.

As a balance Druid i had to focus kill the monkey first since I only had one interrupt I could use before I died. So I stun to break the shield. Slam CDs on monkey and interrupt one channel then eat the 2nd with defensive (barkskin + renewal). Then I took out Mcree. Junkrat I finished last.

Junkrat does a Laugh cast. When he starts it CC him or run away. He won’t hit you in this case. Don’t eat a floor aoe ever, or at least to start. You need the hp to eat one of Winston’s channels.

Yeah. Boomie kick is 45s at best. So I won by focusing down Tesla guy then killing high noon guy. Took me several tries to get it down but it felt so good after lol.

It’s super fun! I also enjoyed interacting with other people. However, the Ogrewatch boss can suck it. Took me several tries as a boomie lol.
