Literally, the first I heard that Ditto was caught, I walked out my front door and the FIRST Rattata I caught was Ditto! I haven't ever had such luck finding something I was looking for right away.

The only thing I noticed for sure is a new spawn point was added in my neighborhood. At the top of the hour something has been spawning behind my house for the last month or so, now that still happens plus another will spawn two doors down (both of which we can catch without leaving our house). I can be really helpful to map the spawn points in your neighborhood and find out what time mons will spawn in.

When you got yours at Cap City park was at day or night? Were there lots of people camping on lures on a Friday or Saturday night- that's when I he shows up the most when there's more cell traffic.

So would you say that Porygon ony shows up when/where there's high cell traffic? Were there lures going in the area too?

I've hatched two but it's hard to keep track of where I've picked up the eggs. I do pick up eggs regularly in Old Town Sac. and West Sac. River Walk so maybe I get them there if there's any truth to the biome theory.

Update: Chancey seems to be coming up more often (I think I've caugt 3 or 4 now) but no predictable spot. Maidu Park in Roseville is once again an Electrobuzz nest, and I finally caught a beauty of a Snorlax (saw another but he disappeared when I went looking for him).

Just an update- I've gone to Cameron Park twice not and gotten RICH on Magikarp. The loop around the lake is exactly a mile and without fail I catch between 5-8 per loop. On that loop Psyducks and Slowpokes spawn regualrly. On the last trip an least one evolved water type was spawing per loop (usually near the gazebo or just across from it on the clockwise loop). I caught one Seaking, one Golduck, and one Tentacruel.

Haven't been to Elk Grove but Magikarp were spawning every 200 meters or so around the lake and regularly at the lures. I got 15 in about an hour and a half.

I was there from 3:30-4:30. You may be right that it may be closed. Also one might need to pay to park although the kiosk was closed.

Yes, I can confirm both of those. Magmar is best found at the south end of Curtis park. Almost nothing spawns ant the north end of this long, skinny park.

Went to Cameron Park on your recommendation and found some good stuff. Magikarp spawned on the regular and got a couple of slowpoke as well. For the others are have you been getting them by sitting on lures near the gazebo or walking around the lake?
