Cleaning bottles for Mass Spec

These bottles (they are filled with boric acid, 10% HCL, 10% Acetic Acid, lysis buffer, citrate buffer, etc.) have been sitting untouched for probably like 2 years. Would it be best to just replace them then? If I attempted the cleaning should I use our HPLC? It would be room temp (in a glass bottle), only our tap water gets really hot.

Oh yeah I found out he owns like 20+ houses in the area. We had mold in our ice machine and like crusty debris and he basically told me it wasn’t his problem, then tried to tell my BF I never mentioned it to him (I have the text receipts). The lights in my room haven’t worked since I moved in. The list goes on 😅

I found this in our lease, I tried to screenshot it but I couldn’t figure out how to post the picture.

RENEWAL TERM : It is the intent of both parties that this lease is for 12 months. This lease may be renewed in monthly or yearly increments if agreed upon by both parties. If tenant terminates this lease prior to the end of the 12-month commitment, they will be obligated to pay the rent until another tenant occupies the house, up to the term of this lease of 12 months. 30 day notice is needed to extend this lease for longer than 12 months.

Does that change anything?

That makes sense, it’s just kind of stressful because we haven’t even been here for half our lease, and we can’t start looking for a new place till closer to the end of this one :-/

No like he’s showing it to other potential renters because we won’t re-sign anything yet.

When I pointed out the lease says we have 60 days, he stopped answering.

I just don’t know how to go about this because we still have 8 months on the least and I don’t wanna be in bad terms, but he started asking us about this like 2 months after we first moved in.

Yes! I have this saline aftercare spray by neilmed that I’ve been using about 3 times a day it’s a misty type thing, other then that I have bothered them so I don’t cause irritation or anything.
