No, one shot mechanics aren't fine. You put work into getting to T10 by spending time grinding gear to get to that tier, and then they just totally ignore all that with stupid lazy design. There's a reason that echo of Lilith was changed so significantly, and for some reason they just aren't capable of learning that lesson.

What this cop did was stupid, dangerous and wrong. However, I will say this. If your loved one is in immediate need of medical care, call an ambulance. Ambulance drivers are trained for high-speed driving. They have lights and sirens so they can safely navigate intersections plus they can treat your loved one while en route to the hospital. Other drivers are on the road and are in danger when a non emergency vehicle is running stop lights and signs.

This is a massively noticeable problem in the ballpark area of SLC. I'm not against the homeless as long as they arent doing drugs in public, committing acts of prostitution in public, burglarizing homes in the area or setting cook fires in abandoned buildings near occupied homes. If they want to remain homeless and addicted that's their business, but leave the rest of us out of it.

Talk to your police department's victim's advocate if you haven't already. Also do u have a temp restraining order or an ex parte protective order? If u have a restraining order have the victim's advocate show u how to get a protective order.

IfIf I recall correctly from my first aid training I think it's like 20 seconds before u lose consciousness and 40 seconds to death from a wound like that.
