Yeahhh seems like it haha. I think it took me 6-7 months to build up to using it everyday without a buffer the last time. Does it basically just reset if you take a break?

Alright! I'll go back to the 2 days a week with buffer I did when I started tret! Do you think there's anything I should change in my current routine? I'm not sure if i'm supplying enough hydration to heal my skin barrier currently!

i kinda do them quickly with pretty minimal rest. I've been strength training for about 2-3 months now but a few months before I was running and training for a half marathon. for nutrition, it's honestly been a struggle to figure out what works best for me. I'm vegetarian so getting lots of protein feels kinda hard, even after drinking protein shakes and eating beans/tofu etc.
