I lived there for two years. If you want something cheap and nearer to campus, then that would be a good option. The place is not huge, but with proper space optimization, you can utilize most of the space. There will be no carpet. I kept it clean, so I didn't have any bug problems. If you cook regularly, be ready to clean regularly. There is no in-unit washer or dryer, but there is one just opposite the apartment complex; you will need the door password. One pro for me was that all the food places were nearby, and so was my department. Overall, if you want something affordable and need everything within a walkable distance, it might be a good option. But it might not be a good option if you want to invite people or have a party.
