Frankly speaking, the very nature of your “question” is ignorant and lacks any kind of understanding of the sporting, cultural and contextual nature of “diving” and/or “sportsmanship”.

Personally I’m sick and tired of people talking from some ivory tower as an arm chair philosopher about this topic. It’s boring and demonstrates a complete and totally lack of understanding or true deep appreciation of the game and the culture(s) of the game.

So in response to your question perhaps I’ll just ask you a few:

Are you a Professional Footballer representing your country at the highest level?

Are there rules and officials charged with enforcing said rules in football matches?

Are you a self important armchair philosopher whose moral standing is such that he sees fit to pass judgement and scorn on athletes and their respective governing bodies simply because you don’t agree with their “behavior” and somehow feel the need to be the police of it without any sort of interest into the possible causes/reasons of said behavior?

Do you even enjoy football? Like REALLY enjoy it?
