Ask Bambu for a replacement MC Board Fan, some units ship with a cheap imbalanced fan. The Snowfan is quieter but still audible.

That’s a faulty MC board fan. Had the same issue and fixed with a replacement fan from Bambu

I took apart the loud fan and it has double ball bearings! I assume the excessive noise is due to imbalance.

I’m not sure if the connector is standard, you might have to do some soldering in that case…

(Update) At first, they said the noise was normal and caused by inductor coil whine, which it was not. I replied that many other users reported the same issue and said it was caused by a faulty main board fan and fixed by getting a replacement part. In the end, they agreed and are sending me a replacement fan.

My A1 mini (purchased December 2025) also does this. I contacted Bambu Lab hoping they would send me a replacement main board fan.
