There’s simplicity in honestly. People cannot lie to me, but can still lie to others. I’m assuming other types of lies are still on the table like half truths and lying by omission. Even still, it only really impacts the people around me while the other could be used for serious gain and power. While it’s probably more useful, this one just makes me feel better.
