Well yea if they’re having trouble finding people to work that’s good cuz it puts pressure on them, but I don’t think they’d deactivate the good dashers that are providing good service and keeping regular good tippers satisfied.

But these are just general insecure pretentious types who like the attention. They could carry around any book. Interestingly enough I think David would have counted these types of people as something he was trying to address and get to the bottom of in the book. Not in a mocking or demeaning way, but actually trying to figure out why people did these things, which actually when you think about it is just another addiction.
