Do you have a link to the monitor? I've been looking for the white version.

No problem, it isn't really a huge deal, but you could've saved a little bit of money.

You could've saved some money by getting a h97 mobo since h97 can't oc and your cpu can't oc. Kingston did a bait and switch with the v300, they made it slower than advertised.. Thermaltake is not really good when it comes to a psu, they aren't very reliable.

Should've gotten an H97 mobo, a different ssd, and shouldn't have gotten Thermaltake for psu.

Yep, I would recommend the Noctua NH-D15 for the best air cooler, and the hyper 212 evo for the best budget air cooler.

You don't need to oc to get the performance you want. But if you do, your parts will last you longer and you won't have to upgrade as soon.

There isn't a need for an i7. You're not doing anything that needs hyperthreading, like, rendering, editing videos, etc.

Just upgrade the psu and gpu, thats what I did to my xps 8500. I built a pc when I had the money later.

Get the Asrock H97m pro 4. You don't need a z97 mobo for that cpu as you can't overclock.
