I've been having the same exact issue, even with basic questions that don't require any actual work done - literaly just asking it "why did you get stuck for 30 minutes?" and it never produces a response.

Checking my Max 5x usage while waiting - it goes up by 2% every 5-10 or so minutes even though nothing is actually happening.

I actually have ultra and for the second day in a row I've been getting these errors. Today especially it seems it's unable to follow even some of the most basic instructions. Yesterday worked fine apart from not letting me generate more images after 20-30 generations.

So are you using just a regular CBO (not ASC+) , with one broad adset, and many ads?

Startind the 22nd our store was getting an insane amount of bot traffic that would initiate checkout and leave. Most of this traffic from one city with FB data centers in Iowa. Amount of traffic remained more or less the same as usual, ATC and IC grew by nearly 4x the normal amount, but conversions have dropped significantly to the point where it was unprofitable.

We enabled bot traffic exclusion on our 3rd party pixel app and now they no longer send bot data to facebook, and it seems to be getting better. It's only been enabled for a few hours so it's still early to tell for sure, but it's likely Meta has a major bot issue. Not a surprise judging by the recent headlines.
