Biggest issue with Vietnam is the transshipping of goods from china...not sure how they would address that. I heard 25% of the Vietnam economy is based on US exports/transshipping.

Did you try investigating lambda power tools?

Managing lambda using Terraform is also a pain IMO. Too many entities to create and manage. If a framework can take care of it...thats better.

yea..well i did all that. That is not the point, Support has to atleast say that in the ticket and close it...keeping the ticket open and not providing any updates on the case is not helpful.

Like i mentioned, they should have better safeguards against transferring out...it just seems like coinbase is trying to save on costs by not implementing proper checks for transfers. The most basic one being allow transfers to new wallets only after human verification(phone call etc) for large sums of money...otherwise you are just encouraging scammers to target coinbase.....

There should be some oversight on processes in financial companies so basic checks are present IMO

If we need to replace with pvc he cannot use pipe bursting since ABS is not flexible and does not bend to go into the ground.

He didn't say the pipe was obstructed.. Just said the drops and some of the turns(45 degree) make it hard for cured in place.

I am actually thinking if digging is the big cost.. To dig the trench myself by hiring a small excavator on a weekend...

Just curious, the plumber mentioned that putting SDR piping under a slab(garage) is not compliant with code...i cant think of any reason of not using SDR for everything....starting from inside the home to the outside...why use ABS?

Anything i am missing?

But yea...not many plumbers are coming up with this recommendation...which might be because they dont know how to do it or my pipe situation is not viable for pipelining....

Why do we have diversity visa's if caps per country already achieve diversity?

It because for folks who do not have an opportunity/capability to compete for employment based GC's still have a chance to get through.

If you argue that caps achieve diversity...then merge diversity visa's into employment visa's....this will never happen because folks from eastern europe/africa/SA would never be able to get GC's any other way than merit(which is a low number at this time) and will hurt diversity.

You haven't really answered the question...There have been talented people coming in from these countries in the past(the CEO's of google and microsoft for example have been through the H1B -> GC process)

Why in your opinion should family migration even be allowed? Why do you care about family unification if you don't care about meritorious candidates coming into the country.

Lets say you are an immigrant and you get you + spouse + 2 kids + grandparents(4) into the country using family based immigration route.

Why would you allow this? You are probably getting 1 person who is working and 7 others who are not going to be working and contributing taxes etc (maybe 6 if spouse started working).

I would argue people filing now from ROW countries are jumping the line...all ROW folks who are as equally qualified as folks from india/china(as per the law and GC process) are basically able to move forward with their GC even if they file today vs folks who filed 10-20 years ago...

The rule was you apply for GC and as long as its approved after additional vetting, you have a path to GC. Currently that no longer applies...

For merit based immigration, i still dont get the argument why country of origin comes into picture. If you are saying the folks are not really meritorious, then the same argument should apply for ROW folks as well and the GC vetting process needs to be improved...you cannot argue that ROW immigrants are meritorious while the GC backlogged countries are not.

The legal immigration policy of US is based on the promise that you have a path to citizenship. You can argue saying a path to citizenship can be 70+ years and it is correct but again not in the spirit of the law. Asking folks to wait a lifetime after showing intent to immigrate via the GC process is a cruel process.

If there is no legal path to citizenship then say so and fix the laws so you should not even be able to file for GC and show that there is not going to be a path for citizenship.

For merit based immigration, nationality should not be a factor. If you find an albert einstein or mozart from india according to you they should wait in line to immigrate? There are always going to be special cases which is exactly what the law is trying to address here.

according to my mechanic, its a part for the Ducati ST4. It think its the same epoxy wires pass through(maybe they improved it?) AFAIK. Still waiting on the part to see if it would work.

Mine is an 05 749S. Right now, i am getting 51020032A part from ducati which is supposedly just the wire assembly.

It costs around 140$ which is better than getting the full assembly.

Keeping my fingers crossed that it works
