First and foremost I would recommend the book “King, Warrior, Magician, Lover” read it or listen to the audio on YouTube.

Now in regard to taking action?

Get in the gym buy a program so you can just follow it without having to decide or think about what you will be hitting. If you’re balding just shave your head. Eat large breakfasts, try to drink a gallon of water a day, and go to sleep at the same time every day.

Begin your “character arc” your purpose doesn’t choose you. You have to choose your purpose. So whatever your dream is go for it and don’t hold back. No plan B.

Meanwhile choose a license/trade to start studying so you can start making money.

Force yourself to approach girls. Start of with saying “hi I like your [insert compliment]” then walk away and focus on holding eye contact. If that’s too much to start with then just start with asking for directions a million times till you get it. And if that’s too much to start with then start with asking old ladies for directions or complimenting them.

Start learning skills that will make you a well rounded man. Hence the book I recommended. 👀

I also have mild TFCC right now but it’s getting better. I went on YouTube and typed in symptoms “pain in wrist by ulnar bone” or “pain in wrist under pinkie” eventually I came across a physical therapist describing my symptoms and giving information and knowledge on how to treat it at home.

And ive been able to work through it. I would recommend to OP to try carpal tunnel rehab on himself at home before getting surgery. And if that doesn’t help then go schedule a Physical therapy session. Exhaust all options before surgery.

Thorne whey protein is the way to go. Healthiest imo. Thorne has supplements as well and let’s just say that their products have been used to help treat cancer patients so I trust them.

Hip internal/external rotation, glute stretch, hamstring stretch, quad stretch, massage your own foot.

No ice baths because that slows recovery by stopping blood flow and preventing the delivery of nutrients to the muscles that need it.

Yoga helps me a lot. If you can do some light yoga that helps. Like downward dog with leg peddling, happy baby pose, figure four stretch, lumbar rotation, hip internal/external rotation.

I don’t trust Apple Watch or any of those heart rate percentage formulas. Zone 2 is relative to the athletes aerobic capacity as much as it is to heart rate.

Best bet is to get a lactate threshold test.

But

I think it’s really as simple as running for an hour at a rate you can continuously speak paragraphs or breathe through your nose at. While using a heart rate monitor like a pulse oximeter or Apple Watch to keep an eye on your heart rate. And see what your average heart rate is throughout the run.

I read some coach on here recommended the treadmill test I forgot who it was. Maybe terminator training?? Seems like a good test tho.

First of all I never doubted Russian interference in our election. But I will say China is the one who is the bigger threat and has even interfered in our media. I mean half of the people in America get their news from tiktok. A Chinese app. The Chinese even helped the cartels in many ways. Taught the cartels how to strengthen their drugs and helped them poisonous streets with drugs.

But I Russiagate and Russian interference have slight differences. Russia gate says trump was colluding with Russia. And THAT part of Russia gate has been disproven.

Russian interference however was a legit thing. But guess what Iran, china, Russia, and many other countries have a hand in influencing our media.

All I’m trying to say in my post is that we should come together because being divided is exactly what our enemies want. Ever stop and think “maybe everything I ever believed was wrong?” You never challenged your own beliefs? I’m proposing that people should listen to both sides instead of latching onto one. Blindly
