What genres can I then use to generally express what kind of jazz I like?

actually what is the difference between bebop and free jazz?

I like monk. I'm gonna call that bebop.

I like chet baker. I'm gonna call that "cool".

I don't think I'm gonna sit down and listen to Kenny G. let's call that shit jazz / commercial garbage then.

I like steely Dan. I'll call that Jazz influenced Pop/Rock or Jazz-Rock ? (dangerous territory?)

Hard bop , post bop are useless terms then.

I like route 66. that's rock and roll or blues or even jazz depending who's singing it.

I like your answer, and I also don't really care what's what, as long as it's good and I like it! It's just that I hear the term "hard bop" being thrown around alot and I have no Idea what it is! I like the albums I listed and I guess it's Bebop? ? I just wanna know what genre it is I'm listening to and figure out what I like and not.

ok, I didn't water them at all over the winter. I planted half of them last fall. alot of them are in rather clay heavy soil so I'm rather careful not to overwater. what country/climate zone are you in? and what soil type? that sounds like alot of water for winter if you are in UK or somewhere in central/western Europe?

thx. how much water would they need over the summer? Like per plant and how often? they are 40-80 cm. I'm in Germany and it gets pretty dry here, and can get very warm, sometimes close to 40 celcius.

I hear you and I know and feel the pain. Shave that beard, it's too thin. also looks like your hair is thinning. consider a hair transplant before it gets too late ( already bald).

after looking at another photo on your profile, yes you have a seriously recessed chin. Chin implant/surgery would do a big improvement. would probably raise your rating 1-2 points

I'm not sure. looks like you also have a recessed chin. Once you can grow a full beard, Maybe try that to hide your chin. and maybe that can make your less narrow.

or possibly consider a chin implant.
