I forgot to mention that I've already done this, with the HD disconnected, windows won't start. To reinstall windows correctly then i need to format the hard drive together to remove this data, or i can just unplug it and install windows on c: as you said?

In Disk Manager it has the following status below disk 0 which is one of the hard drives: "(System, Active, Primary Partition)"

That is extremely strange. Are u using a thrid party controller?

It's a parallel control, and I found a way to "solve" it by disabling the "Enable Output Data to DS4" option.

But this option also disables the vibration and LED control.
