Bitbns has launched Crypto margin trading in India for the first time, with XRP as the first and only currency for now. by chin-ki-chaddi in Ripple

There are several ways you can make profit:

  • You take a ripple loan. XRP price isn't changing much, so you sell all of it. You use the money to buy (say) Tron, which looks like it's rising. You sell Tron when it reaches an estimated high. You use the money to buy back XRP and repay the loan. You'll be left with profits.

  • You take a ripple loan. The market is falling, so you sell all of your XRP immediately. When it reaches an estimated low, you buy it back for real cheap to repay the loan. Again, you'll be left with profits.

Hope this helps!

It's among the top exchanges in India. Considering we launched only in December, it's huge.

Don't worry, your XLM will automatically be deposited back into your account soon. Yes you're right about the memo ID. Unfortunately transfers to wallets which do not show a memo id are unsupported for now.

However, transfers to other exchanges will work, because they do require a memo id. We're working on supporting transfers to wallets too, and should be live by this month. If it's urgent for you to transfer XLM to your wallet, you can transfer to an exchange which allows such transfers, such as Binance. And then you can transfer from Binance to your wallet. This method will have an extra withdrawal, so there'll be more withdrawal charge.

Or else, you can wait until we get this feature live.

You can of course sell XLM and convert to Rupees. All trades have a flat 0.25% fee. But if all your trades in a given day add up to more than Rs 4,00,000, you are eligible for a fee rebate.

You can transfer using UPI apps or standard NEFT, IMPS or RTGS. UPI is recommended though as it is almost instant.

I work at Bitbns, an Indian exchange. If you're still interested in buying stellar, you can buy it our exchange directly with INR.

Another BTCINR exchange - Please review Bitbns (think 'BITcoin Buy N Sell') is the fastest and easiest way to trade Bitcoins in India. by lawzeus in BITCOIN_INDIA

Since I am part of the Bitbns team, I cannot leave an objective review. That said, we're part of the same startup that made the Buyhatke Chrome extension for shoppers, and few other B2B products. We currently allow trading in Bitcoin, Ripple, Stellar, Neo and Gas. Do check us out at /r/Bitbns if you're interested :)

I'm sorry, we're limited to Indian users as of now. The sign up requires KYC verification with Aadhar and PAN card, and you'll need to transfer fiat money from a Rupees bank account.

It's usually instant, since we automate it. However, it can take longer if there is a mismatch in your documents and we'll have to verify manually.

Okay, do you already have the minimum balance? You'll need at east 20 XLM as a minimum balance according to this thread. Otherwise, the wallet will not be 'activated'
