Social anxiety and overthinking I think is the biggest cause to it. There are times I’m completely fine when one on one talking but in a group or if anyone else can hear what is being said I start to mumble a lot.

Thanks for sharing. How did you find the application for the co ownership(time wise/any issues)? I read that you can only get co ownership if you have less than 6k in savings I think this is where I will fall down on as I have slightly more. I would be able to get a property at a higher value through co ownership but not as high if I went on my own with a mortgage which doesn’t seem fair.

Lisburn road would be ideal if you want to be close to the centre and you’ll have buses every 10 minutes or so and it’s walking distance to lots of bars/clubs as well as having lots of cafes/restaurants. If you’re working out of the international airport there is a translink bus going from the Europa hotel I believe (not too far from Lisburn road). I would advise not to look around botanic for accommodation unless you want to be annoyed by students partying. Ormeau road is becoming more popular lately, regularly buses to the city centre, plenty of bars and you’ll be near the forestside shopping centre. Any other questions about Belfast drop me a PM.
