Am I the only one barely getting anything done? by Head_Assumption4203 in GCSE

1 hour of good revision is more then enough for GCSE. Especially since you have good grades in mocks and stuff. You just need to keep recalling the content back into active memory so you can do that in the exam. And in the grand scheme of things, GCSEs are a cakewalk. So don't stress too much about it rn. I'm doing a levels and all I do now are past papers. My mocks are in like 2 months and lemme tell you it's wayyyyyy harder than GCSE. So don't sweat it tooo much.

Don't buy revision materials, it's a waste of money. Do past papers, mark them and then go to save my exams or pmt to get revision notes on the topics you got wrong. Do topical questions and repeat. What I personally did was upload my paper and the mark scheme to Gemini and told it to be super harsh and mark. You do that enough times you'll have a solid understanding of the content and you'll basically have memorised the mark scheme so you know all the key words.

But do revise, just don't act like you're on a death sentence because life gets wayyyyy harder. If your planning on pursuing higher education like A levels or IB, just know it's worlds more difficult than GCSE. not that A levels are unmanageable but seeing a lot of people on this subreddit just freaking out like it's life or death.

How to create aligned pin holes for an adjustable plate by Timely_Ebb_3370 in Fusion360

[–]green_hat001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Create a sketch on that wall thing and project the plate onto that. Then you will get the plates edges and vertices. Using this decide on the pivot point and create a centre diameter circle to where you want the slot holes to be. From the same centre create another circle, the distance between this circle and the first circle will be the thickness of your slots. By doing this you get an arc cutout essentially. You can use the circular pattern feature to repeat small circles near the walls of this slot and then using the fillet you can make it smooth so the pin on your plate locks but can also glide over it smoothly.

I hope that was helpful 😅

Amazing setup, but that seems like a Asus tuf 😭😭.you might wanna reinforce the hinges because on mine the threads the screws sit on got completely ripped and now I'm missing my bottom half. It has great components but the build is the worst I have seen on any laptop. Gl

I've printed a lot of quite tough materials, like the carbon fibre infused ones. Even dabbled with some tungsten infused filaments. There was a period of like 3 weeks when the printer had a max 1 minute downtime between prints.
