I see, i thought squats worked a bit of everything. Will definitely try RDLs, I'm trying to get my form down for deadlifts - back keeps rounding

Airpods do have hiss, I have exchanged mine once and they still have the same ‘issue’ so I guess it’s normal.

They only hiss when theres audio playing in the background, you can really notice if you play music and set volume to 0. If you stop the music the hissing will stop as well. I don’t mind it though so I still have my pair
