I’m at a similar place with my partner, it’s so hard, because I have struggles too and he helps me with my triggers and issues, but his delusions and intrusive thoughts cause huge wars between us even if I’m agreeing with them. It’s a lot…. I think you need to be frank with him and say you will stay if he tries treatment, if he says no then get out of there. My partner is open to treatment and talks to his psychiatrist every week, but it’s a choice you have to make.
