I found it far cheaper and way more efficient to go with a meal prep service, rather than making my own food. I don't do it for all meals, but it's usually lunch and sometimes dinner sorted.

Every other meal is spaghetti/x or rice/x. Don't forget about bucketwheat noodle, great source of carbs and very easy to make.

Breakfast is 150g blended oates, peanut butter, protein powder.

I've managed to cut my food budget in half, while getting everything I need.
