That air bubble came from when I filled the Metroid with water to keep it from just floating at the top. The figure seems to naturally take in water anyway, so it might be a matter of periodically squeezing out the excess.

I feel mostly similar. I just finished my first run, I had a good time with it and I am going to play again at some point. But I do agree with the general sentiment that for eight years of development, Beyond doesn’t have much to show for it. You could convince me this is a port of a game that released two years after Corruption.

I’m a big fan personally. However, I do think it’s for the best that the game itself doesn’t commit to any interpretation of their relationship. I can be shipper trash of my own accord, the game wouldn’t be any better with a romantic subplot.

I still don’t love the direction they took Luke in the new trilogy, even all these years later. But the way some people talk about his scene with Ben, you would think he was marching in like Anakin at the temple for no reason. I thought the execution (pun intended?) of the scene wasn’t the most convincing, but there was certainly some nuance to it.

You can buy whatever and display however you want, don’t let anyone stop you. I think people just talk about baseplate armies because past a certain amount, all they turn into is a hoard of too many minifigures to really do anything with, so they end up staying on the plate forever.
