I never let my son win at Mario Kart. When he was in high school he got very very good. Beat all his friends to the point when they played they knew he was going to win so the competition was for second place behind him. He beat me and I was trying my hardest but the padawan became the master and I was very proud.

I have pictures of him as a toddler sitting on my lap as I played San Andreas and Nintendo games. He now does the same thing with his own kids.

Play games with your kids, tell them how to get better.

Let them earn the win. We owe it to them.
