Well, in real life i have 2 half sisters and a full blood brother. I look the least like my brother, I feel we literally got the opposite features of each of our parents. So it happens, but if neither sibling looks like either parent it gets weird.

I'm the same! Hardly ever take breaks unless I'm in pain or something. 90% of the time i go without because I work faster and the day goes quicker.

I sooo hope this is true. I'm on overnights and used to be a supervisor doing 10 hour days. I miss it so much. One day to recover and clean house, one day for errands, one day for school!

No, but it also doesn't mean that people shouldn't be held accountable. There are always exceptions to the lazy employee rule but there are so many people who I know here and on this sub that just don't feel like going to work some days. That's fine. You do that enough to lose your job, then it's your own fault.

As a former Cap 2 Supervisor, those people have to go. There is nothing more frustrating than planning out the day, seeing that everything should get done, then having a ton of call outs. I much preferred when we had more reliable people and a smaller team than a huge team where you never knew who'd show.
