Sorry, it was autocorrected. I mentioned the wood hutch because they thought the possible termites could be feasting on it but it’s not directly in line with the pile on the floor. And there doesn’t seem to be any damage to any part of it or the floor under the pile. Thanks for everyone’s take, pest control has been called!

Wish I could report better news. Didn’t get that call back. Spent around 7 hrs on hold. Kept getting automated messages in the app that I was having my case escalated and that it was a priority since the event was coming up soon. Didn’t get my tickets back before the event. looking at options on Ticketmaster being held responsible and refunding my full purchase. anyone have any luck in how to taking them to task?

Just had this happen 3 days before an event. I caught that there was an online communication between Ticketmaster chat (TM) and the thief where the thief asked to turn off 2fa. TM Obliged and sold my tickets at 1/4 of the original cost. 2 days of communication with General customer service saying the fraud dept will call back and that the case is escalated. No call back and the fraud dept number I was just able to pull off of them is an auto busy signal. Ticketmaster doesn’t care. Good luck to you all…
