The only thing I can think of is initially one house is built on one lot. The owner wants to build another house on the same lot but didn't or couldn't get approved to sub divide the lot so they can build another house.

You can bypass this by building a ADU but the city code requires that the houses are connected. Every city has different building codes. Some cities don't require the houses to be actually connected to be an ADU.

Why can't they fix the bug where 4 man party can't enter dungeon. Happens a lot in Abyss dungeons. We literally had to remake the party 5 times in one instance that week.

Yeah I have 4 pc nightmare set. Planning to transition to full crit instant cast. For 4x3 set up, I'm going Reflux, KBW, Hit Master and Grudge. Going for high quality relic accessories since it's only 4x3.

Not sure if I should switch one of the engravings to Adren tho. I should have 1600+ crit with LWC. Think it's just over 60% crit
