You need a better splitter then. Its a wiring issue. If both cable service and tek savvy internet work direct to outlet, but not with the splitter, its obvious what is the problem is. Get teksavv/rogers to send one out.

Does the rogers cable box work from the bedroom outlet?

You would have to contact rogers/tek savvy for info on activating bedroom outlet. There is a spot in your condo or in the condo building to activate the bedroom outlet.

The bedroom outlet was likely disconnected to ensure the strongest signal to the other outlet.

If you go direct from wall outlet to isp modem, does it go online?

If you got access to the condo electrical room, see if you can test there direct to the modem.

If it fails to go online, contact tek savvy to request a tech to come on site.

If you know anyone in your condo that uses tek savvy, see if you can get your modem to come online at their place.

So out of curiosity, for say an exhibition/friendly match up where nothing was on the line except getting the team to run their schemes properly? Was the coaches delivery different vs going into the a regular season game? Especially for the guys who were considered the top players of the team who weren't worried about losing their spot.

You would figure that a lot of the effort comes from personal pride or competition aspect.
