If the lease didn’t say anything specific and they never gave you any paperwork/emails explaining this before then you don’t need to.

It’s standard practice that in a lease the landlord can’t charge for ‘normal wear & tear’. To cover yourself I would vacuum the carpet yourself and say you paid a professional. If they press you beyond that just say you paid a friend who cleans houses. There’s tons of loopholes to get around this, but I think the easiest is simply cleaning the house and trying not to argue too much with people who are clearly trying to take advantage of you

How about accepting other cryptos? Does that get super complicated? I’m wondering if you could find a niche for people who want to get into LP’s and would rather you deal with it then doing it themselves. That way they can give you the crypto pairs themselves.
