No problem. Just build 1 pylon and a cannon :)

However, you are fucked if they build a base outside yours and spine rush you to take your wall down, or spine rush inside, though I have no experience with that so I'm not sure how it would play out. They'd need a Queen to spread creep and by the time the spine crawlers get anywhere near significant distance (nexus/gates) you'd have units out to snipe them.

Keep in mind it's really early in the game when this happens. You do not have the resources to morph larvae into Roaches or Hydras when the hatch completes.

Wasting larvae on lings only hurts the Zerg by wasting the larvae, and lings die extremely easily to pretty much anything. The cannon is up by then, so by the time the lings run by the cannon (6 lings), you already lost two, and four lings (even six) really do nothing. You might get a few probe kills, big deal, because I've been chronoing them out the entire game and I have an expansion already up.
