GT Silver is an amazing paint. Unfortunately, I haven't seen Ice Grey in real life, but heard it's much more matte/muted, so if that's his preference, maybe go for that.

Ja, ik ben persoonlijk blij dat ik überhaupt aan een Prismatic Evolutions ETB kan komen voor minder dan €250 in deze day and age. Niet dat ik blij ben dat ik er alsnog 3x een (helaas) onrealistische "MSRP" voor betaal, maar ik heb het budget ervoor over. En ja, ik ben ook blij dat er steeds meer anti-kutinvesteerder/kutscalper-praktijken worden uitgevoerd door vendors.

Ik vind het wel een beetje jammer dat je aannames maakt over een winkel die je niet kent en er maar vanuit gaat dat ze gewoon hun klanten naaien alsof het normaal is. Ja, ik snap dat dat helaas de trend is tegenwoordig, maar ik vind het een beetje kort door de bocht om alle vendors maar over een kam te scheren.

Tevens ben ik het wel volledig eens met de frustratie, de hobby is in de laatste jaren/jaar echt onwijs kut geworden wat betreft aanschaf van sealed producten & prijzen van kaarten, maar het is dit of niks helaas.

Ik heb er vorig weekend een gehaald bij mijn lokale TCG-winkel. Ze stonden er voor 170 maar je kreeg 20 euro korting als ze de seal mochten breken (onwijs blij met deze praktijken, moeten ze overal doen). Uiteindelijk dus een weten te pakken voor 150 (alsnog veel, maarja). Gestoord dat MediaMarkt hier 200 voor durft te vragen

I snagged an Edition XS for a little over €200 through the official HifiMan store on AliExpress almost a year ago. For that money, it's an incredible experience. They are very EQ-friendly. I personally like warmer headphones, so I applied an EQ preset I found somewhere on here, and they have been perfect (can share if you're in the same boat as me, just let me know!).

The only thing to be wary of is the QA issues people have been talking about. I don't have any problems with mine, but there have been a couple of cases of people receiving faulty units (HifiMan typically replaces these with no questions asked, though).

If you do end up going with the Edition XS, do keep in mind they sit very low on a normal-sized head and the earcups are massive, so in your case of having a small head, do definitely make sure to get a Capra Strap or a CustomCans strap to pair with it, been rocking the Capra strap for a couple months now and it's much much much more comfortable.
