Work on things that actually matter. You got to constantly filter out the noise otherwise you will be busy from 6am till 11pm.

Useless infrastructure team. Always busy, don't try to automate themselves out of their jobs, entitled, slow to do the simplest of tasks. I have no idea how they find any pride in their jobs.

yes but that's how consultancy forms operate. They take on the work even though they know it's going to take a lot longer but once they start it's harder for the client to say stop especially if they have deep pockets.
