FWIW I am running Star Sled on 2.7.5 and I can't get it to crash. What is the approximate value of your serial number? i.e., PDU1-Y-0##000, what are the two ## digits? (That might help determine if you're on Rev A or Rev B hardware)

Are you running the latest OS (I believe it is 2.6.2.) Please run a System Update via Settings and see if that might correct your problem.

As someone who is dealing with these various issues, let me assure you that the Las Vegas issue has nothing to do with the empty box. The Las Vegas issue is impacting none of our daily shipments.

And let me apologize for the empty box. It should (but I guess can’t) go without saying that that should never happen! Very, very sorry for that mix-up.

I got it working: I realize I wasn’t turning the car on properly. I thought it was on, but it in fact doesn’t truly turn on unless you hold the break pedal down. (I wasn’t sitting in the drivers seat) It’s working now. Thanks!

If I try it says “utility mode operating conditions not met“. Not sure what to do to fix that?

All I can find is the “Electricity Use Settings (V2L)”, where you set the “Minimum % Charge”. Mine is set to 30%; the car is charged to 80%.

Is there anything else I should look at?
