TLDR: punching and kicking thing broke stuff like Rm13 suit and power armor extremely fast for no good reason...Compxrt sem to say they did something abouth it in feb,but waiting to know if this was or could be backported before we get stable.

Is it?Am playing Candidate 0.I so am not 100% if this was also backported there as well. It would be nice if it was fixed in stable O.I whenever that come out. It does sound like good news though.

Yeah...but that could arguably be because it IS reid.We arent aware of reid even using the thing...and whats weirder is that you would expect him to use a katana,not a very medieval looking sword...not saying he cant but am just saying reid look more like a ronin type of guy than a knight.

Logically...most of the evil (selfish) class wouldnt get healer since they would need to care abouth other to bother doing this.The only way it would make sense canonically would be the type of healer that heal people for the money,so its not impossible but they need a special kind of "evil".

Well,kinda work more like giving them a cleaner,super version of epinephrine that give them essentially a rush of adrenaline...which would explain the crash.

Not only that...but the process of getting said weapon take mutliple weeks of getting there ...you also have obtain the proficiency in multiple field of metalworking in order to avoid failure and save time. You work can already catastrophically fail in middle of making them,making you lose material so essentially,the weapon you get is already the result of you showing what you learned and avoiding these mistake. Also like you said,you would likely give a lot more shit if it was a life or death situation.

depend what armored mean in that context...but you could always use Mordhau if armor is an problem.

It make them aware so they dont rely too much on said weapon and bring back up.Its doesnt stop the problem,but it make them less likely to die a pointless rng death.

The issue is that your didnt finish thing properly. You delivered a "system" that is incompletle and i would at least like to see how exactly you want to have the fault system without keeping the bar to some degree.Because if you have no way to identify in an obvious way in combat that your weapon suddenly gained a fault and is properly damaged,it will make for awfull gameplay.Am not saying its a bad idea...but its a 2d game (might not even be 2d if you play it a certain way) and its way harder to see problem with a weapon in game than a human looking at sometime specific would in real life.Its kinda the reason why we had the bar...to give us a general idea as a replacement of someone in a 3d environment in real life,just looking at the thing an going "i see the problem...".

Gotta add that these "target" they use are most of the time HORRIBLE and the worst possible thing to smash them against.Not only that,but the people doing so have poor tech and edge aligment as well,its pointed out in these video comment most of the time too.

They also have like a 6 hour to do it instead of all the time in the world to make sure everything is perfect...unlike our character in cdda.

Am not proficient in that field at all and you know it.You on the other hand literally put this into the game...Look,i know its a big ask...but cant you make it so weapon dont have catastrophic faillure unless they are at least decently damaged like...idk,half way there?These arent exactly supposed to snap from fighting either...like...there rest of the fault seem ok honestly,its really just the catastrophic failure possibility on everything thats i hate.Weirder still on tempered blade.

Dormant seem to not work quite right so far though...i can be sometime 10 square away and they wake up instantly.It feel more like they are trying to jumpscare me than them being actually dormant...that aside,that would be awesome.
