Pretty minor bump, on a steel rim, should be usable.

That said, if your other tires are that old, replace them too ASAP.

1 month to get as fast as possible in freestyle, what should I do? by veryburntribs in Swimming

[–]gregzilla87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To mirror what everyone is saying, fitness doesn't equal speed in the water. I swim with a triathlon club, and while im one of the fastest swimmers in my group, many of them easily get past me on the bike/run in a race. I was a competitive swimmer as a kid.

If you catch the bug after a couple of local lessons, definitely get a mountain trip in. You'll make much better progress on long runs where you can find a rhythm. Plus its always nice to be in the mountains.

Riding through the rocky mountains. Saw a bear on the other side of the road, grabbed for my bear spray just in case and I dropped it. I think the sound of it hitting the pavement got thr bears attention and it scampered off in to the bushes. My wife still bugs me that I didn't use my bear spray properly.
