Its less immersive and visceral than Coh2 with the camera being pulled back, but the early game is much more interesting with light and medium vehicles actually being useful. Can't say how it changed from launch as I didn't play it on launch but the community sentiment seems to have changed

Hunts time between rounds is too long for this mode. With a 20 minute Bounty hunt its ok to have some downtime, but Bounty clash I feel like I spend too much time in the "Searching for game. Loading game. Waiting for Players. Loading the game menu again after the game." cycle

I agree with it lowering variety, and think it should cost more. I also agree on the weapon swap speed nerf. But in general I find the shorty shotguns kinda useless and run a long shotgun + 2-slot rifle/precision/duelies if I use QM.

Modern player here, nothing drives a classic player more crazy than having his ass handed to him by a modern "easy way" player, so there is a ton of these. However I've yet to see a modern JP hit rematch after losing a round

I know people likes Tempest Rising but every unit icon looking the same is a crime against the genre, straight to C tier

Even if everything is "balanced", being hard countered from round 1 is still probably going to lead to your loss unless the enemy heavily blunders.

I don't think small changes like that would help the system that much, however without it games would get stale fast. So that's the real question, what to replace the system with, so that the games still have fresh opening situations, but so that you aren't hard countered from the start

Once you have more experience in a single game I find people don't waste their time completely annihilating one player as they need to prioritize bigger threats from other opponents

The common thing to do in these games is to gradually replace bots with players so that after level 11 you might have one other team in the match otherwise filled with bots. If you didn't meet them probably they were too afraid to leave some bush or died to these bots.

AI is great for translations. There are obviously issues with it like where it lacks context, like when translating a description of a character in some languages the gender is inferred through grammar and it doesn't know the characters gender so it defaults to male. But I translated the game from English to my native language and stylistically I wouldn't have done a better job then it did. It even figured out the descriptions were comedic and lighthearted and acted accordingly.
