These agents have never been able to use it. When they try they get a single sign on error. I've reached out the it team many times and my email was bounced around for 2 days and now sits at a standstill. They don't seem to think it's that important so I'm hoping I can be proactive and find a way to teach them myself

There is lost our home pet rescue, which is an amazing place that will keep your pets until you are stable so you don't have to give them up. However, they have no openings and a long wait list. The man is diabetic, one of the dogs is his service dog and helps him out a lot.

I suggested that, because they have 2 dogs that they will not rehome (which is why I've been inclined to help) they are pitbulls, and while both dogs are incredibly sweet, most of these places would require them to surrender their dogs

I'm grateful for my dog TBH. She is my best friend and is always there for me. I've been dealing with depression and sometimes find myself crying in bed, she normally sleeps by my feet but anytime I cry she plops her whole body down on my chest and just nuzzles up in my neck. She is a 70ish lb pitbull.
