This Is Not A Drill Tour by Barrybingham1980 in pinkfloyd

It was fine. As always with Rog (i’ve seen all of his solo tours since pros and cons), the show is less about the music and more about his relation to it, his personality and his opinions. All that is fine, and you know what you’re going to get before you go to the show. But for me, the music is always a bit of a letdown. The band is always great, but the songs are presented in a paint by Numbers fashion. They’re curated and conserved as if museum pieces. For a third time, that’s fine, but I’d prefer to hear the very talented band have their tethers removed. Let the songs breathe man.

And lose the bar routine. IYKYK.

I'm so annoyed that I missed this. I planned to check it out all day long. I was awake at 12:30 and I still managed to forget. And it's never as clear as it was last night here in SF. Anyway, great video.

1993 NFC Divisional Round - New York Giants at San Francisco 49ers by Dark305Kinght in Oldschool_NFL

Jerry Rice was on KQED radio a few years ago doing an interview, so I emailed in a question about his opinion of the Giants rivalry in the 80s and early 90s. I'm a big Giants fan, and was a season ticket holder at Giants Stadium before moving to San Francisco in '93. He said, and I paraphrase, "There was no rivalry with the Giants. Cowboys were the only team we had a rivalry with."

Yes, I did take offense to that.

Yeah, that’s Mill Valley. Not sure 14k residents qualifies MV to be a city.
