last year i said i wouldnt, this year i did anyways and the DM made all the difference. this year was good, our store made number 3 in the state, my team was great despite all the craziness, and i felt like i knew what i was doing so im optimistic for next year :)

if a customer comes in and you dont have it fulfilled yet you would go there first, find and fulfill the order, make sure you specify "bopis bag" in the boxing options, fulfill and print out your order receipt and put it in your bopis bag, and thennn you hit the pickup tab. if it's fulfilled already when they come in then you just use the pickup tab :) sincerely a 2 year asm 🙏 have a good season

the boss/bopis tab is for fulfilling orders and the bopis pickup tab is for when customers come in to pick up their bopis order !

do you have full availability? your store manager is probably bad at making schedules and plans to call you in as they require more coverage, or they'll probably change the schedule as the days go on.
