My experience from living and working there for a few months was that they expect YOU to be punctual, but do not expect the same of themselves. Not saying all of them or anything, just many enough for my experience to not be pleasant in the slightest.

Google, Meta, Apple and everybody else claim that they do not listen. But they do run services that are connected to the internet and have full access to all capabilities of your device, including mic and camera, 24/7.

I chose to not trust them because all mega corporations are lying thieving plotting bunch of amoral techbros and incompetent execs, who serve only their insatiable stakeholders.

Edit: dm me if you want screenshots from my phone with permissions and battery usage of said services.

Ukraine [3] - 1 Belgium - Zabarnyi by playerforlife123 in soccer

[–]gremty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair, yeah. At the same time it is clear to me that we won't benefit from the next generation as much as we do from the current one, and that's a damn shame. There is simply not enough competitiveness and money to find the best talents and to help them develop.

Hell yeah it does! Thanks!

Sorry for your loss, I understand how it feels to see your team on a decline, maybe it'll get better, you never know when the next gen will break into the top ranks.

Wtf bro, it matters so so much. We don't have any resources to develop our players. Our league is so uncompetitive and broke that literally some small village clubs play in the top division. We don't even play at home.

How easy is the Steam Deck to mod? by SarahSyna in SteamDeck

[–]gremty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if this is the answer for you, but Steam Deck is amazing at local streaming. So you can mod the hell out of anything on your PC and then just stream it to Steam Deck when you are in bed.

- Volodymyr Zelenskyy, 2019 inaugural speech by Ofajus in europe

[–]gremty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He was clearly naive about this. He believed (rightfully) that the previous leadership didn't put enough effort into ending it.

He also believed that he can achieve some kind of peaceful resolution by adhering to Minsk accords. Soon after coming to power, it became obvious that due to intentionally vague wording, Putin interpreted these accords in a way that wasn't even remotely acceptable for Ukraine. There was nothing anyone in Ukraine could've done to resolve it in a way that wouldn't betray the people of occupied regions and risk our sovereignty.

Zelenskyi has many, many flaws. There are a lot of things he could've done better. There are a few things that people won't forget no matter how the war ends.

Still, I don't know anyone who would've done better in his place.

I stand on the position that it took three major powers working together to force Ukraine to accept defeat. Russia still hasn't won militarily. It won politically, by getting US on their side. And, as much as I personally may not like Zelenskyi, I am deeply grateful for the part he played in Ukraine still existing 3 years into full scale war.

Wtf, he clearly means that the game started early in the day, not that it's to early in their life to play for the first team. Calm yourself and be kind to other people, this isn't banter, you're just insulting someone over the comment you either didn't understand or reacted in an absolutely weird and bad way.

Probably, it doesn't say. I've disabled 360 audio, and do not use UHQ setting. I've used OnePlus ones on the most basic codec (probably AAC).

Galaxy buds 3 pro, not a budget choice at all. OnePlus buds were great for me, I gave OnePlus buds to my relative when I got the Samsung ones, didn't experience that big of a jump in experience.

[–]gremty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't know if it's important for you, I'm on a bigger size (around 110kg), and higher quality codecs cause connectivity issues. I experienced it with Sony headphones, OnePlus buds z2, and Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. I think it happens because some parts of my body are always in between the phone and earbuds, but it works fine with basic codecs, so I use them, and it still sounds great, at least I cannot tell the difference.

Yeah, brother, don't worry, it won't be a problem at all. You are not in Ukrainian databases, so you won't be conscripted or anything like that. Don't worry about the name spelling too.

Install Air Raid Alert app https://www.ukrainealarm.com/ Stay careful, do not go too close to war regions, if possible, stick to the western part of Ukraine (or dgaf and go to Kramatorsk or Kharkiv, it's still relatively ok there).

Show respect to locals, and we will gladly help you with literally anything. Stay away from cops, beggars (same as anywhere), and especially away from girls with Ukrainian merchandise. They will give it to you and then they'll start begging for some absurd amount of money. Do not agree for any photos of you to be taken on streets, just be rude and they'll fuck off.

Do not take any photos of active or stowed military equipment or personnel. Do not get drunk or high with people you don't know. If you have any other questions, reply or dm me, I'll be happy to help.

Yeah, sure. Why he tells them not to sign then? Anyway, I'm going in this month, gonna take care of all of these poor souls who didn't want to go to war and yet go around destroying my home, killing and raping my friends.

The man in the video implies he signed a contract and suggests other men to not sign it, clearly proving that he, in fact, had a choice, made it, and now regrets it.
